The rooms were good for short stay. The bathroom /toilet was very small in the room I stayed. The food menu is good. The only demerit of the hotel is its location. Therefore, search for ODM school in Google maps for better navigation as the hotel is just beside the school. The staff is cooperative and they will arrange for things you ask for.
The rooms were not clean, specifically the bedsheets and covers. The cupboard provided was broken. The food was quite good but they have fixed timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If the time is not right, they won't provide food. The staff were very decent and cooperative. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.
Hotel staff service (especially at the reception) is one of the shittiest one could find. Highly unprofessional and uncooperative. Derailed review: Pros: 1. Rooms are good 2. Food is decent Cons: 1. DGs don't support escalator functioning and no rooms present on ground floor. Would be of trouble to elderly as there is too much power cut in summer 2. Rooms are too dim lit. If you are on a study/work trip, rooms are not good for that. Good for chilling though 😉 3. Room service is average. 4. The staff at reception probably expects you to be privileged to have been provided a room and never bothers to answer any other querries. That's highly disgusting. Since for me service to room satisfaction ratio is 65:35, I wouldn't recommend this place. Will update this if I find any improvement till checkout.
The rooms are good in terms of space and amenities. But the pilloww, cushions and mattress provided were not properly cleaned. Smelled bad and also of very poor quality. Moreover, the food is over priced and not the best thou can get. Although the hotel benefits from the location as there are plenty of options around the place. There's no parking facility, so carry proper locking system. No fridge or electric kettle provided in the room. Overall good for casual stay.
The hotel is well located and within easy distance from the airport and the railway station. The rooms are good and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. Serves a good complimentary breakfast. The restaurants also serve good food.
Best hotel in patia
The rooms are good and the food is also tasty. Only problem is that the staff are not professional. Like the things which you expect in any OYO hotel, you won't find it here. The staff are busy with their mobile most of the time nd their response is very late. No scenic beauty around but you will get ola or uber as this place is near a very famous school in Bhubaneswar.
Very Good location in Bhubaneswar, Rooms are decorated as per OYO terms and conditions. Banquet Hall, Lawn, Conference rooms are available at very good tariff. Service is much better than other Hotels. Best suitable for couples and bachelor's
Excellent stay at Hotel Stellar.Staffs are very helpful. Very good location at the middle of Sai Intl. School ODM School, LVPEI and KIIT. Rooms are nice and value for money.
